Export compliance statement

Aspatium complies with the export control rules of the European Union and the United States that apply to advanced computing products.

Our servers stay in our own facility in Bulgaria. Every customer passes KYC and sanctions screening before access, and again every year.

We do not serve the end uses or the customers prohibited in our Acceptable Use Policy, and access from restricted jurisdictions is blocked.
